From all-in-one terminal to the restaurant OS
Core didn’t start as a platform — it started as one device that did the whole job.
Started all-in-one
Core began on the P3 MIX — built by Sunmi, fusing payment and a large Android screen so one device takes the order, takes the payment and prints the ticket.
First to market, most experienced
KPOS was among the first in the US to commercialize the P3 MIX — and owns the full stack in-house, SaaS and payment certification, making it the most experienced US integrator of Sunmi all-in-one hardware with large-screen restaurant software.
Grew into the OS
Generation by generation, that all-in-one foundation became the operating system that runs the restaurant.
Why it’s the foundation
- One system instead of a POS plus a bolt-on card reader plus a separate back office.
- Payments and printing are built into the hardware — fewer parts, fewer failures.
- KPOS GO, AI and Partner all build on the same Core data — one menu, one back office.
