KposGo

Your guests. Your orders. No commission.

KposGo is how diners order from KPOS restaurants — by app, by QR code, from Google Maps. Guests who come through your QR code or store code are your guests. We don't take a cut, we don't sell rankings, and we never send your guests to the place next door.

  • 0% commission
  • Your guests stay yours
  • No paid rankings

Worried about one more platform taking a cut? Our three rules

They're written into our product contract. Every new KposGo feature has to pass all three, or it doesn't ship.

Your guests stay yours

Guests who arrive through your QR code or store code belong to your restaurant — points, membership and marketing included. We never use your guests to promote another restaurant; any cross-restaurant recommendation needs your OK first.

No commission, no platform fee

We take nothing per order and add no platform fee to the bill. Guests pay your menu price, tax and tip, straight into your own merchant account.

Notifications with restraint

Order updates — confirmed, cooking, ready for pickup — always go out. Promotional pushes can be switched off by guests and are capped per restaurant, so your regulars never get spammed.

Marketplaces vs. KposGo

Third-party marketplaces

  • A commission on every order
  • The guest belongs to the platform
  • Better placement costs money
  • You never really see who your guests are

KposGo

  • No per-order commission
  • Guests from your QR code are yours
  • No paid rankings, no bidding
  • Orders and members live in your KPOS system

Everything your regulars need to order from you

The app comes first. Everything runs on your KPOS system — same menu, same members, same orders.

KposGo AI app · coming to the App Store and Google Play

One app for every participating restaurant. Guests scan your QR code or type your 4-digit store code to walk into your store; stores they scan or order from are saved to "My stores", most recent first.

Reservations

Guests book a table and message your restaurant, with automatic reminders the night before and two hours ahead.

Pickup

Order ahead and pick up — fewer phone orders during the rush, and live status from "confirmed" to "ready".

Your own delivery

Delivery from your own channel, fulfilled by Uber couriers. The delivery fee follows your KPOS settings — no marketplace commission on top.

Google Maps · rolling out

Put "Order online" and "Reserve a table" on your Google Maps listing, pointing straight to your KposGo page — set as your preferred link.

No-install ordering

Guests who don't have the app scan and order on the web, nothing to install. An iPhone App Clip version is in testing.

Why not a separate app for every restaurant?

Guests won't install an app per restaurant

Unless you're a chain people visit every week, few guests download a single restaurant's app. You pay to build it; the downloads never come.

App Store rules make it costly

Apple requires a template-built app to be published from each restaurant's own developer account — your account, your reviews, your upkeep.

One app, all your guests' regular spots

Guests install KposGo once and use it everywhere they eat regularly. Your restaurant gets its own page, store code and QR code inside it.

Problems owners tell us about — and what KposGo does

No tech talk. Just the things you actually run into.

Regulars switch phones and lose track of you?

Guests sign in once with their phone number. New phone, same orders, same regular spots — they come right back. When they join your membership, they accept your member agreement: your members stay yours, never pooled with anyone else. (Rolling out)

Guests stare at the menu, not sure what to order?

They can just ask the AI — what's spicy, what goes with what. Every suggestion is a dish on your menu, never somebody else's promotion.

Guests give up at checkout?

Besides cards, they can pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay in one tap (rolling out). The money lands in your own merchant account.

"I paid — where's my order?"

The app says "Payment successful" only once the money is actually in. If it isn't settled yet, the guest sees "confirming" and can't pay twice — no double charges for you to refund. The success screen also tells the guest whether your restaurant has the order.

A device goes offline and orders get lost?

If your ordering devices go offline during business hours, we're alerted right away and someone follows up. We never stop orders or refund guests automatically — one false alarm shouldn't cost you a dinner rush.

What it does for your business

Regulars order from home

QR ordering only happens inside your restaurant. With the app, regulars place pickup orders from home, the dorm or on the way — orders you wouldn't otherwise get.

Fewer phones to answer

Pickup orders land in your KPOS system directly, with status updates sent to the guest automatically.

No app to maintain

No development bill, no developer account renewals, no App Store reviews. Put your QR code out and you're in.

We never touch your money

Payments go to your own merchant account. KposGo doesn't hold your funds.

Who we're looking for

We're onboarding our first group of restaurants, and we'd rather start with owners who see it the same way.

Restaurants built on regulars

You live on repeat guests and you're tired of paying a commission on every order.

Owners who put the code out

QR codes on the tables, the counter, the receipts and the door — and staff who mention them. Your guests come from you.

Near campuses and neighborhoods

When a few KPOS restaurants share a campus or neighborhood, one app covers a guest's regular spots. That's where KposGo works best.

Already on KPOS

KposGo runs on your KPOS system — no second menu, member list or order system to keep in sync.
