Your regulars, without the toll

KposGo is the ordering app for KPOS restaurants. There’s no per-order commission and no platform fee on the guest’s bill. Guests pay your menu price, tax and tip, and the money goes straight to your own merchant account — KposGo never holds your funds.

Pickup orders land in your KPOS system with automatic status updates to the guest. Delivery runs on your own channel, fulfilled by Uber couriers, with the delivery fee set by you in KPOS.

The guest stays yours

On a marketplace, the guest belongs to the platform — and better placement costs extra. KposGo works on three rules written into our product contract:

• Your guests stay yours. Guests who arrive through your QR code or 4-digit store code are your guests. We don’t use them to promote another restaurant.
• No commission, no platform fee.
• Notifications with restraint. Order updates always go out; promotional pushes can be turned off by guests and are capped per restaurant.

Why not build your own app?

Unless you’re a chain people visit every week, few guests download a single restaurant’s app. And App Store rules require template-built apps to be published from each restaurant’s own developer account — your account, your reviews, your upkeep.

KposGo is one app across participating restaurants. Guests install it once, and your restaurant gets its own page, store code and QR code inside it. Put the code on tables, the counter and receipts, and you’re in.

The small things that lose orders

• Regulars switch phones? Guests sign in with their phone number, and their orders and regular spots come with them. Your membership stays yours — guests accept your member agreement when they join. (Rolling out)
• Not sure what to order? Guests can ask the AI — what’s spicy, what goes with what. Every suggestion is a dish on your menu.
• Checkout friction? Besides cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay in one tap. (Rolling out)
• “I paid — where’s my order?” The app says “Payment successful” only once the money is actually in. Anything unsettled shows as “confirming,” so guests can’t pay twice and you’re not refunding double charges.
• A device drops offline? We’re alerted during your business hours and follow up — but we never stop orders or refund guests automatically. One false alarm shouldn’t cost you a dinner rush.
