A note from our founder on why we built KPOS and where we’re headed.
Restaurants run on small margins and big logistics. Orders, payments, the kitchen, inventory, staff — each one a moving part, and most of them living in different systems that don’t talk to each other. We built KPOS to change that.
Why we started
After eight years building payment technology at HantePay, we kept seeing the same pain points: complicated order management, slow and error-prone checkout, and a patchwork of tools that never quite fit together. Restaurant owners deserved a single, reliable platform — not five vendors and a tangle of cables.
What we’re building
KPOS brings ordering, payments, kitchen coordination, inventory and analytics into one AI-reconstructed system. Front-of-house, back-of-house and online stay in sync, so service is faster and operations are easier to run. Features like AI ordering and omnichannel management aren’t add-ons — they’re part of the core.
Our promise
We measure success by the value we create for the small and mid-sized restaurants we serve: less waste, smoother shifts, happier guests. We’ll keep listening to operators and improving the product, release after release.
